Manufacturing Process
We have
well-organized facilities complemented by a well-equipped tool room
with efficient manpower to carry out the manufacturing process. Our
plant is geared to handle mass production running into thousands of
units each day. Our various workstations like the Tool Room, Foundry
and Machine Shop are laid out ergonomically to facilitate smooth
production. Process monitoring and control covers detection of
non-conformities. Analysis of data determines causes and feedback
for corrective action. Process changes and adjustments are
controlled for effectiveness.
Our development
process focuses on better material, weight control, and improved
manufacturing precision. The basic material is aluminum, which is
available in an impressive array of commercial alloys. |
