Quality Policy

Here complete Quality Planning is undertaken to define and document how the quality requirements of the customer will be met.

Various actions to be initiated are identified and recorded covering:

• Process flow diagram;

• FMEA;

• Product process plan;

• Product drawing;

• Quality plan;

• Work instructions;

• Error-proofing activity plan;

• Special characteristic identification

The complete tooling and equipment required is designed. Manufacture of tooling and procurement of equipment, if not available, is arranged.

Production Part Approval Process
Here, product samples are submitted to the customer for approval. After receiving their evaluation of the same, all parameters are reviewed.
